# Troubleshooting

### Common issues and solutions

#### Prototype not loading

* Wait a few moments—deployment can take up to a minute
* Refresh the page
* Check if there are any error messages in the chat

#### Unexpected behavior

* Describe the exact issue in the chat
* Include what you expected vs. what happened
* Ask Spaceship to investigate and fix

#### Changes not appearing

* Hard refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
* Clear browser cache
* Wait for deployment to complete

#### Complex requests timing out

* Break your request into smaller parts
* Build incrementally instead of all at once
